Around ˆ1000 per sq.m is selling the same area in Vazrajdane, Izgrev, Tsveten, Levski and Troshevo areas. The most inexpensive are properties in Vladislavovo and Asparuhovo , 650-700 eur per sq.m.
The new customers that entered the market are Romanians and they closed the best deals according to some opinions.
